Over a period of 20 years I suffered with intense, often crippling pain that woke me from my sleep.  As I started to age I too felt all those niggly aches and pains in joints that affected simple movement.

Enter my career change where I studied the many reasons behind these annoying pains. I found that Naturopathy allows me to support the body whilst we chase the cause/s away.  Coupled with this I often find that Massage will help my clients release tension caused from injury and the stress of life.  I then add in Nutritional support to fast track my clients' recovery.
